The Fire Horn

Solution Overview: The Fire Horn provides two functions:
A Radio Bridge and a secure SMS Gateway.
The Fire Horn provides a secure SMS gateway
that allows you to dispatch messages to responders'
cell phones and have mapping data provided to the cell
phone. The Fire Horn also provides a function called
"Radio Bridge" that allows members to listen to radio
traffic on their cell phones or land lines by initiating
a phone call when a department is dispatched. Responses
to calls can be monitored online using Response Monitor.
Benefits: PageGate can be used to take messages
from a CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) system and pass
them to the Fire Horn gateway. The Fire Horn gateway
then passes the message with all relevant mapping data
to the cell phones.
