To provide SMTP authentication credentials to PageGate:
1) Open the PG Admin.
2) Expand the Carriers section.
3) Go in to the Advanced sub-section of each
and every carrier in your list configured to use the
SMTP protocol.
4) In the Auth|Pass field, enter the credentials
in that format. Example: username@domain.com|passwordgoeshere
The | is a character called a pipe and is made by pressing
Shift + \ on your keyboard.
