PageGate can be easily integrated with Peraton Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) by having it output dispatch triggers to PageGate for translation to SMS, fax, page, ticket tracking system interaction, XMPP chat systems or a mix and match of them all.
Peraton CAD currently has three output methods that can be used:
1) ASCII file output
Peraton's CommandPoint has an interface that allows it to write text files to a folder when a dispatch needs to be sent. PageGate's GetAscii interface would then monitor the CAD output folder for triggers and send messages any time CAD drops a file in to the folder.
For details and configuration steps, please see Peraton ASCII integration.
2) TCP-to-PageGate output
Peraton CAD has the ability to push out RAW TCP information to AlphaLogging and PageGate's TCP server allows it to receive and parse that AlphaLogging data with PageGate's GetAscii interface and Filter Pack.
For details and configuration steps, please see Peraton TCP integration.
3) Email output
AlphaLogging has the ability to send email when a dispatch happens and PageGate's GetMail interface allows it to both check external mailboxes and host its' own email domain and addresses. This allows AlphaLogging to email information directly to PageGate for translation to enterprise and priority procols.
For details and configuration steps, please see Peraton Email integration.
