Solution Overview: The RedAlert[tm] software is a complete
records management and dispatch system for the Fire and Ambulance
services. It allows both Volunteer and Career departments
to easily collect, maintain, and report data on all aspects
of the fire service. The RedAlert[tm] CAD system is a complete
solution for generating real time responses on emergency calls.
By using RedAlert[tm] with PageGate software, firefighters
and other personnel can be automatically paged as an emergency
call comes in. The system can be configured to page selected
groups based on the call type. .
RedAlert allows an Agency to define what fields
from the CAD event should be sent to a pager during a dispatch.
This information is defined by the Agency and attached to
individual Nature Codes used by CAD. During the dispatch of
an event, the page is automatically sent with no additional
actions by the Telecommunicator.
