Integrating Spillman AutoPage
with PageGate
Send Text and SMS Messages from Spillman AutoPage
Follow these steps to use Spillman AutoPage with
PageGate
1) Install and configure
PageGate
2) Ensure that the Spillman
supplied OBDC drivers are properly loaded and
configured
3) Install the Streamline
AutoPage interface server package
4) Install the AutoPage
Manager application
5) Install the AutoPage Notifier
applet on each Dispatch console
The majority of the implementation
revolves around building "triggers" based on the
customer site's Spillman install. Each customer
uses different Call Types, Agency Types, and Unit
Types. Our interface builds a bridge between that
info and the PageGate recipient and group lists
