Integrate TeleTracking with PageGate

PageGate can be easily integrated with TeleTracking by using the GetAscii module to read generated content from the TeleTracking system.

Note: You will need to create a directory for the integration to reference. We recommend creating c:\PageGateData\Ascii\ as a default integration directory but you can use any directory, whether it's a local or UNC path.

1) Open the PageGate Admin.

2) Go to Interfaces - GetAscii - Settings.

3) Set the "Polling Directory" to the integration directory you've created (see above).
Note: If you set the Polling Directory to a shared network (UNC) path, be sure to provide the PageGate GetAscii windows service with the appropriate logon credentials to access the network data.

4) Check Enabled.

5) Click on Apply.
5a) When prompted, you do want this enabled for all existing groups and recipients.
