The Resend Messages option, when used at the base Carriers tree, allows you to resend any message previously sent to all carriers. If you right click on a specific carrier and select this option, it allows you to resend any message previously sent to the selected carrier.
There are three options for resending messages:
•Last Message Sent
This option resends the most recent message delivered by the carrier.
•Reliapage
This option allows you to select a range of Reliapage messages to resend. The Reliapage template macro must be included in the recipient, carrier, connector, interface or global template for this to work.
•Date and Time
This option allows you to select a date and time range of messages you wish to requeue.
