Pre-programmed Messages

Up to 100 commonly used messages can be pre-programmed for your convenience.  The first five of these messages can be automatically inserted into the 'Message Text' area by clicking on the 'Prog1' - 'Prog5' buttons.  The additional pre-programmed messages can be accessed by clicking on the 'More' button.  Individual messages can be set by right-clicking on the respective 'Prog' button.  To access the 'Preset Messages' screen, which displays all one hundred pre-programmed messages at the same time, choose 'Tools' -> 'Presets' from the menu.  Once in this screen, you can edit any one or all of the pre-programmed messages.  Clicking apply will save the changes and close the window.  Double-clicking on an entry or highlighting an entry and clicking the 'Apply' button will insert the selected message into the 'Message Text' area on the main screen.
