FireTextResponse Integration

Send Text and SMS Messages from FireTextResonse
Follow these steps to use FireTextResponse with PageGate:

1) Open the PG Admin.

2) Right click on Carriers, left click on Add.

3) Set the following:

Name: FireTextResponse
Protocol: SMTP
Carrier Domain: When you get your service through Fire Text Response, all of your Fire Text Response addresses will end in either ftralerts.com or ftralerts.net. Enter that in to this field.
Port: This is determined by your method of SMTP delivery.

4) Click on Apply.

5) Go to Carriers - FireTextResponse - Template.

6) In the "Text" section of the Template, enter the following:
MSGCAD * %Message%

7) Click on Apply.

Then any time you add a recipient that uses the Fire Text Response carrier, enter the Fire Text Response email address in the ID/PIN field.
